By booking an appointment at Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the best experience for all clients and to maintain a safe, professional environment.

Appointments are scheduled to allow ample time for each client’s treatment. To respect the time of all clients and staff, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the treatment area unless receiving a service. Children are not allowed to accompany clients to appointments unless they are supervised by another adult in the waiting area.

• Responsibility: The clinic is not responsible for supervising children during appointments. Clients are advised to make appropriate childcare arrangements before their scheduled service.
• Disruption: Children in the treatment area can disrupt services and affect the quality of the experience for other clients.

Safety Concerns: Our treatment areas contain equipment and products that may be harmful to unsupervised children.

Cancellation Policy for Services 

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the time and date of the scheduled service, 50% of the service fee will be charged. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures availability for other clients.

Please inform your provider of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment. Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who has contraindications to the treatment requested.

By receiving services, clients release Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Studio and its staff from any liability related to injuries, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction resulting from services rendered.

Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and gift cards.

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during your appointment will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

Advanced Aesthetics Skin Care Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, or for reasons that compromise the safety and comfort of our staff and other clients.
